@Filmka_Tactical_Department
Specialized Team for Police and Military movie Projects
Expertise and Know-How
Filmka Tactical Department is a professional team focused on police, military, tactical, and firearms sequences for film and audiovisual projects. The foundation of their work is deep expertise and proprietary know-how in the preparation and execution of action scenes that are realistic while respecting the director’s vision.
Reality as Part of the Storytelling
The team’s goal is to bring real-life procedures, behaviors, and dynamics directly into the film narrative. The result is a highly authentic viewer experience that allows the audience to “live through” the situation naturally, without stylized clichés.

TACTICAL DEPARTMENT

A Team of Professionals
Filmka Tactical Department consists of professional stunt performers, former members of special police units, and military personnel. The team regularly trains with real firearms at actual shooting ranges, uses specialized training centers for tactical exercises, performs rappelling from helicopters, operations on fast boats, and other activities consistent with real operational deployment.
Origins and Long-Term Development
The roots of the department date back to 2001, when Radek Bruna portrayed a member of Delta Force while filming Black Hawk Down. It was during this project that the idea of creating a specialized stunt team dedicated exclusively to military and police film projects emerged. Over time, this concept proved highly effective and became a full-fledged part of the Filmka Stunt Team.
Efficient Solutions for Film Productions
A major added value is that productions gain a fully trained team of stunt performers with specialized skills. These include military and police tactics, firearms handling, use of specialized equipment, combat life saver procedures, and other key capabilities. This eliminates the need for long and costly training, with usually only a few joint preparatory exercises required.
Comprehensive Approach to Film Scenes
Filmka Tactical Department manages the entire process – from expert consultation and scene preparation to execution and final performance on camera. Everything is focused on the functionality of the scene, its visual impact, authenticity, and the safety of all participants.
Criminalistics and Expert Consultation
Based on production requirements, the team has expanded into criminalistics. They can provide specialized expertise, methodologies, and consultation tailored to the specific needs of each project. The scope of collaboration is always determined through open communication with the creative team.
Actor Training
A significant part of the department’s work is training actors. This includes firearms handling, movement with weapons, tactical procedures, arrest techniques, and realistic reactions to being shot or exposed to explosions – always with a strong emphasis on safety. The goal is to ensure performances are natural, convincing, and true to reality.

Professional Oversight and Personal Guarantee.
The founder and head of Filmka Tactical Department is Radek Bruna, who has worked as a stunt performer since 1999 and as a stunt coordinator since 2014. He is personally responsible for the quality of training, expert oversight of scenes, risk assessment, and communication with the director to find the optimal solution for each action sequence.
Commercial and Promotional Projects
The team is also used for specialized commercial and promotional projects for manufacturers of police and military equipment worldwide. These projects focus on weapons, optics, tactical gear, and other specialized products, which are subsequently showcased at international trade shows and exhibitions.
